Understanding what products to use and ingredients are safe can be VERY confusing.
The  Skin Deep Database is an invaluable resource for learning more about different brands, products and ingredients.

It is finally Flip Flop time!
Which means- it is also time for nail polish.
When looking for a non-toxic nail polish- make sure to find one that is "3 Free"
Free of-  Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBT) and Formaldehyde.

Here are a couple of my favorite brands and colors for summer.

 Charisma by Zoya

Plasma by Acquarella

Butter LONDON in Branwen's Feather

And to remove your polish- be sure to check out-  Priti Soy Polish Remover- this one smells great, leaves your cuticles moisturized and doesn't  burn your nose!
